Stock – Recurring Fees and Operating Income
Stock income is generated through:
- Asset management fees from managing portfolios and investment vehicles;
- Property management fees from day-to-day building and tenant operations;
- Service management and operating income from hotels and lodging where appropriate.
This component provides a recurring earnings base that can support the platform across market cycles.
Balancing Flow and Stock
