What we look for
While each role has specific requirements, we generally look for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams;
- Interest in tourism, real estate, and regional revitalization;
- Communication skills in Japanese, and—depending on the role—English or other languages.
