What we look for

While each role has specific requirements, we generally look for:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams;
  • Interest in tourism, real estate, and regional revitalization;
  • Communication skills in Japanese, and—depending on the role—English or other languages.
